Bilfri Søndag recently visited the studio to record new material — and the session captured exactly what defines the band: straightforward Danish rock with clear messages and a tight musical bond.

Jesper Stæhr Frantzen laid down vocals and guitar with focus and drive, bringing the band’s themes of past, present, and future into sharp form. Thomas Rasmussen’s bass lines added solid grounding, while Henrik Lykkegaard delivered energetic, precise drum tracks that tied everything together.

The trio worked efficiently and instinctively, moving through the songs with a clear shared direction. The result: a set of recordings that reflect who they are — honest, direct, and rooted in the Danish rock tradition.
